Increased bolt support (fixit weld washers)These are the first of a series of products we are coming out with in collaboration with Shannon Campbell. By the time we're done we'll have a full suspension lineup designed and tested by the Campbell racers (Shannon, Nick, Wayland, & Bailey).

Shannon and I have talked about doing a project together for a couple of years. Garett (Ruffstuff President at the time, CEO now!) spent a week in Gilbert Arizona, working with Shannon and Nick on deciding exactly what we were going to make. Together decided these would be a great first project and they are exactly what was used in the rig Bailey has been racing (She took 5th in KOH on these!).

You do need to remember that these are a racing product and lasting 10 years racing is just not going to happen. They might last 10 years in a trail rig but racing is the ultimate purpose for these.

About the Arms. One of the most standout things is the lightweight, they are only 30 lbs each. How do we get the strength while staying that light? First they are entirely 4130 Chromoly, but a major factor of their durability is within the tube. The impact area of the arms are 1.75 X .120 wall 4130 Chromoly wrapped around a solid bar of 6061 Aluminum. This limits the possibility of denting the tube which could lead to major arm distortion. The solid aluminum bar is threaded at one end, allowing it to screw into the welded tube adapter, eliminating the possibility of tearing loose.
